The Adventure Safari has all the character of a true overland expedition. Therefore there is no fixed and rigid itinerary. We adjust the route to the requirements of the group. Our experienced tour guides have detailed knowledge of the areas we travel and will provide you with the best holiday experience.

Bring your own 4x4 vehicle and just tag along in our little convoy. You can arrange your arrival at your own leisure – how about a relaxed amble through picturesque rural France or a stopover in Paris?

What do I pay for?

Meet us at an agreed pick up point. From there all you have to do is follow our experienced tour guides who will lead you along the best routes. We provide English speaking tour guides and support vehicles.

A full six days out of every week will be spent in the mountains.  We will stay 3 nights at a campsite (included in the price). This will provide you with an opportunity for washing clothes and to visit the restaurant… and the bar, of course. During the trip there will be regular opportunities to stock up in village shops etc.

What do I bring?

Bring your own 4x4, taxed, insured and in good working order (brakes, cooling system, suspension). We reserve the right to reject vehicles if they are deemed unsuitable or unsafe! All vehicles must have continental breakdown and recovery cover. Also bring any special tools your vehicle may require, spare fuel, etc. Also useful if fitted is a CB radio.

Tent(s), sleeping bags (4 season), kipmat/campbed, washbag, food, cooker (and spare fuel!), water for at least 3-4 days, toilet paper, clothes for ALL weathers, good sturdy boots, mobile phone (you will want to tell those at home what a great time you are having), any special medicine you may require and don’t forget the camera!

Please note, the price includes up to 6 persons and 2 tents. Dates have been carefully chosen so you can arrange your arrival at your own leisure.
